Dr. Casingal graduated from West Virginia University, School of Dentistry in 1992. Prior to studying at Dental School, he attended West Virginia University, majoring in Chemistry. After Dental School, he served in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps. he has been practicing in the Hampton Roads Area since 1998.
Dr. Casingal is married with 2 girls and a beagle. He enjoys playing with his girls, golfing, watching sports, and barbecuing on the weekends.
